The success of your facility is dependent on your employees.  Gaining employee trust and buy-in of  your goals is crucial.  We will join you in training your employees on proper animal husbandry techniques and help you match the right person to the right job on your farm.  As a cow behaviorist, Todd will work with your employees to help them understand the social aspects of cows and what their body language is telling us.  Implementing new technology methods is also a goal in order to ease the stress of management.
